陶瓷-陶瓷与金属-聚乙烯材料在全髋关节置换术中的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析陶瓷-陶瓷与金属-聚乙烯材料在全髋关节置换术中的应用价值差异。方法选择在该院接受全髋关节置换术治疗的116例患者作为研究对象,随机分为关节面陶瓷-陶瓷材料的观察组、金属-聚乙烯材料的对照组,各58例。比较两组患者的治疗前后髋关节功能、活动度、血清钴和铬离子浓度等差异。结果观察组患者接受治疗后的Harris总评分及疼痛、功能、活动范围等评分均明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者接受治疗后1及2年的髋关节活动幅度明显大于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者接受治疗后各个时间点的血清钴和铬离子浓度均明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论关节面陶瓷-陶瓷材料可以提升全髋关节置换术患者的髋关节功能及活动度,降低体内金属元素含量。 【Objective】To analyze ceramics-ceramic and metal-polyethylene material in the application of total hip replacement value.【Methods】 116 cases of patients with hip replacement recruited in our hospital were randomly divided into control group received metal-on-polyethylene surface and observation group received ceramics-on-ceramic material surface, with 58 cases in each group. The hip joint function and activity, serum cobalt and chromium ion levels in each group were compared.【Results】The Harris total score and pain, function, scope of activities scores in observation group were significantly higher than that in control group(P〈0.05). The hip joint activity 1 year and 2 years after treatment in observation group were significantly greater(P〈0.05). The serum chromium and cobalt ion concentration in observation group after treatment each time were significantly lower than that in control group(P〈0.05).【Conclusion】 The articular surface ceramics- ceramic material could improve patients with total hip replacement of hip joint function and activity, reduce the content of metal elements in the body.
