不同前房深度时角膜水平与睫状沟直径关系研究

Research on the relationship between the diameter of the cornea different levels of anterior chamber depth and ciliary sulcus

目的分析高度近视眼不同前房深度时角膜水平及睫状沟直径间差异及其相关性。方法将66例(102眼)高度近视患者按照据IOL Master前房深度(ACD)角水平,随机分为3.0 mm<ACD≤3.2 mm的浅前房组(35眼)、3.2 mm<ACD≤3.4 mm的中前房组(43眼)及ACD>3.4 mm的深前房组(24眼),对比三组角膜水平径及睫状沟直径差异,同时对前房深度与角膜水平径、睫状沟直径的相关性以及角膜水平径与睫状沟直径的相关性进行分析。结果三组角膜水平径及睫状沟直径均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),以浅前房组角膜水平径及睫状沟直径直径最低,而深前房组最高(P<0.05)。角膜水平及睫状沟直径均与前房深度存在显著的正向直线相关性(均P<0.05),且角膜水平径及睫状沟直径同样也存在正向直线相关性(P<0.05)。结论高度近视患者角膜水平及睫状沟直径与前房深度存在相关性,临床可通过角膜水平及前房深度预测睫状沟直径。

【Objective】To analyze the corneal different levels of high myopia anterior chamber depth and diameter difference between the ciliary sulcus and correlation.【Methods】66 cases of patients（102 eyes） with high myopia in accordance with anterior chamber depth, according to IOL Master（ACD） levels were randomly divided into3.0 mmACD≤3.2 mm shallow anterior chamber group（35 eyes）, 3.2 mm〈ACD≤3.4 mm in the anterior chamber of the group（43 eyes） and ACD〉3.4 mm deep anterior chamber group（24 eyes）, compared to the level of the three groups of the cornea and ciliary sulcus diameter difference in diameter, while the level of anterior chamber depth and corneal diameter, ciliary correlation between the level of the ditch and corneal diameter path and correlation of ciliary sulcus diameter were analyzed. 【Results】The three groups of cornea and ciliary sulcus diameter horizontal diameter were statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）, compared with levels are shallow anterior corneal diameter and the minimum diameter of the ciliary sulcus diameter and a maximum depth of the anterior chamber group（P0.05）. Horizontal diameter of the cornea and ciliary sulcus and anterior chamber depth existed significant positive linear correlation（both P〈0.05）, and the diameter of the cornea and ciliary sulcus diameter level also existed positive linear correlation（P〈0.05）. 【Conclusions】The height of the cornea and ciliary sulcus levels in patients with myopia diameter is correlated with anterior chamber depth, clinically through the cornea and anterior chamber depth level forecast ciliary sulcus diameter.
