摘要
基于连云港民营上市公司近两年的数据,实证分析了民营企业履行社会责任对财务绩效的影响。研究结果表明,大多数企业社会责任的履行对当期财务绩效呈现出负向的影响关系。针对这一结论进行了深入分析,并提出了相关建议。
Based on the statistics of the listed companies in Lianyungang, this article makes an empirical analysis of the effect of the performance of social responsibility of the private companies on financial efficiency, explores the negative result and proposes some suggestions.
