摘要
制造业企业一线操作员工流失严重成为当前制造企业普遍面临问题。以S公司为例,介绍了该公司操作员工流失的现状,分析了造成操作员工流失的原因,并提出了相应的解决对策。
The frontline operators are the primary resources for manufacturing enterprises, but the loss of operators is widespread. This article makes a case study of S Auto Parts Company, analyses the reasons for the loss of operators, and proposes some countermeasures.
