团队进驻:生态学视野下增强大学生村官适应性研究

On Increasing the Little Village Officials' Adaptation from the Perspective of Ecology

生态学作为一门研究生物群体与其环境关系的学科,由于其注重对生物系统的整体性分析,具有重要的科学方法论意义。从生态学的视野审视选派高校毕业生到村任职这一类似通过"引种"改良生态的行动,不难发现其在选育培训、地点选择、派遣规模等环节有不少亟待改进之处。建议尊重生态学规律,优先选拔、培训具有农村家庭背景的大学毕业生,挂靠县乡逐步到位、团队进村,以切实增强大学生村官的适应性,形成引领农村新文化、新生活的新势力。

Ecology, as a science studying the relationships between living species and environment, is of great importance for scientific research. This article analyses the process of selecting university graduates for villages from the perspective of ecology, discusses the problems in terms of training, choices of villages, and scale of arrangement, suggests the selection and training of little village officials with the rural background, emphasizes the team play in organizational work for the quick local adaptation of the young officials.
