加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗紫杉醇化疗后神经毒性反应的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗紫杉醇化疗后神经毒性反应的疗效。方法共选取60例患者,按入院先后顺序将其随机分为两组,治疗组患者在化疗的同时给予加味黄芪桂枝五物汤口服,对照组患者在化疗的同时给予甲钴胺片口服及维生素B1注射液肌内注射,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果经治疗后,治疗组患者总有效率为96.7%,对照组患者总有效率为80.0%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论加味黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗紫杉醇化疗后神经毒性反应疗效确切。
