高效液相色谱法测定复方妥英麻黄茶碱胶囊中生物碱的含量

HPLC Determination of Alkaloid in Compound Tuoyin Mahuang Chajian Capsules

目的：建立高效液相色谱法测定复方妥英麻黄茶碱胶囊中生物碱的含量。方法：采用Diamonsil C18（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）色谱柱,以甲醇-0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾-三乙胺（30∶70∶0.2）为流动相,检测波长为215 nm,流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温为室温。结果：每粒含可可碱、盐酸麻黄碱、茶碱、咖啡因均为标示量的90.0%-110.0%。结论：本方法简便,结果准确可靠,是本制剂质量控制的有效方法。

Objective：To establish a method for the determination of alkaloids in compound tuoyin mahuang chajian capsules by HPLC（ high performance liquid chromatography）. Methods：A column of Diamonsil C18（150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm）was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol -0. 05 mol/L Potassium dihydrogen phosphate-Tri-ethylamine（30：70：0. 2）and the flow rate was 1. 0 mL·min^-1 . The UV detection wavelength was 215 nm and column temperature was room-temperature. Result：Theobromine,ephedrine hydrochloride,theophylline,caffeine containing in each capsule were the amount of 90. 0% -110. 0% labeled. Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate,useful in quality control for the capsules.
