HPLC测定防风通圣丸中麻黄碱含量的方法

The Method of the Content Determination of Ephedrine in Fangfeng Tongsheng Pills by HPLC

目的：建立防风通圣丸中麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法：以Aichrom Bond-AQ C18色谱柱（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）;乙腈-水-磷酸-三乙胺（3∶97∶0.1∶0.1）为流动相;检测波长：205 nm;柱温：35℃;流速：0.80 m L·min^-1。结果：盐酸麻黄碱在0.016-0.244μg范围内具良好的线性关系,平均回收率为102.7%（RSD=1.40%）。结论：该方法准确、可靠、专属性强,可作为麻黄碱的质量控制方法。

Objective：To establish the method for the content determination of ephedrine in Fangfeng Tongsheng pills. Methods：The method was performed on AichromBond-AQ C18 column,using Acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid-triethylamine（3：97：0. 1：0. 1）as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0. 80 mL·min^-1 ,with the UV detection wavelength at 205 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Result：The linear ranges of ephedrine were 0 . 016-0 . 244 μg with a good linearity relationship,and average recovery rate was 102. 7%（RSD=1. 40%）. Conclusion：The method is ac-curate,reliable and specific,and it meets the requirement of the quality control of ephedrine in Chinese traditional med-icines.
