妇产科护理安全隐患原因分析及防范措施

Analysis of Obstetrics and gynecology nursing safety hidden reasons and preventive measures

目的：分析并探讨妇产科护理安全隐患的原因以及防范措施。方法于2013年4月-2014年2月，随机选取我院妇产科护理工作人员50例作为研究对象，根据我院妇产科护理的实际情况，将医院的规章制度、环境因素和医患的沟通意识三项列入调查问卷，对所有研究对象进行随访调查。结果对回收的调查问卷进行统计后显示，认为医院规章制度不规范是妇产科护理安全隐患原因的有15例，占总数的30%；认为是环境因素的有27例，占总数的54%；认为是医患间沟通意识的有8例，占16%。本院采取相应的有效措施，制定规范严格的规章制度，确保妇产科的卫生安全，同时加强护理人员的沟通意识。结论为了避免妇产科护理的安全隐患，医院应完善并加强执行相关规章制度，营造良好的科室环境，加强医护人员的自我保护意识和服务沟通意识等，才能减少或避免事故的发生，有利于医院的和谐建设。

Objective To analyze and explore the obstetrical nursing safety hidden trouble of Fu and the prevention measures. Methods From 2013 April to 2014 February, were randomly selected in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology nursing staff in 50 cases as the research object, according to the actual situation of Obstetrics and gynecology nursing in our hospital, the hospital rules and regulations, environmental factors and doctor-patientcommunication three items included in the questionnaire, in all the subjects were followed up survey. Results The questionnaire recovery after the show, that the hospital rules and regulations is not standardized nursing safetyhidden trouble of Obstetrics and Gynecology of the 15 cases, accounting for 30% of the total; considered theenvironmental factors of the 27 cases, accounting for 54% of the total; that is the consciousness of communicationbetween doctors and patients are 8 cases, account for 16%. The Institute, take effective measures, formulate thestandard of strict rules and regulations, ensure the obstetrics and Gynecology Department of hygiene and safety,while strengthening the nursing personnel’s communication consciousness. Conclusion In order to avoid the potential safety problems of Obstetrics and gynecology nursing, hospital should improve and strengthen the implementation ofthe relevant rules and regulations, create good environment of departments, to strengthen the medical staff ’sawareness of self-protection and service consciousness of communication, in order to reduce or avoid the occurrence of accidents, there is conducive to the harmonious construction of the hospital.
