妇科千金片治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效分析

Clinical analysis of the treatment of gynecologic Qianjin tablets of primary dysmenorrhea

目的对气滞血瘀型原发性痛经用妇科千金片进行治疗的疗效进行分析。方法对我院收治的气滞血瘀型原发性痛经共计70例患者应用妇科千金片进行治疗,设为治疗组,应用田七痛经胶囊治疗的70例患者设为观察组,并将两组的临床疗效进行比较。结果研究结果显示,治疗组的治愈率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且治疗组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气滞血瘀型原发性痛经应用妇科千金片进行治疗,疗效较佳,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective Oqi stagnation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea is analyzed with the treatment effect of Fukeqianjin tablets. Methods Of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of primary dysmenorrhea I treated a total of 70 patients used Fukeqianjin tablets for treatment, as the treatment group, the application of Tianqi Tongjing capsule in the treatment of 70 cases of patients as the observation group, and the clinical curative effect of two groups were compared. Results The results of the study show, the cure rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group, there was P signiifcant statistical signiifcance is less than 0.05, and the total effective rate in treatment groupwas higher than that in control group, P〈0.05, there was a statistically significant difference. Conclusion Qi stagnation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea used Fukeqianjin tablets for treatment, the curative effect is good, it is worth in clinical application.
