Occupational Quality Cultivation in Moral Education of Vocational Education

中等职业学校"以就业为导向"的人才培养目标,要求中等职业教育在培养学生专业能力的同时,注重提升中职学生的职业素养。中职德育教学职业素养的培养的主要内容包括"思想道德素质"、"职业道德意识"和"团队合作精神",以上内容可通过德育课程教学、专业实践课以及日常生活管理来实现。

The paper holds that the ＂employment-oriented＂ personnel training target has put forward the requirement that vocational education should not only train students＂ job skills but also pay attention to the improvement of vocational students＂ occupational quality. Thus, the training program offered by secondary vocational schools should include the cultivation of ideological and moral quality, ethic code awareness and teamwork spirit and these training can be implemented with ideological and moral courses, major practical courses and daily campus life management.
