摘要 设计合理的检耳镜具有良好的照明效果和放大效应,能用于鼓膜活动度检查。为提高检耳镜检测质量,改善用户体验,特设计研发一种新型视频检耳镜系统。本文主要研究了该系统的硬件部分设计,软件部分设计,成像部分设计以及机械部分设计,分析验证了其可行性。并通过测试实验对该系统功能指标进行了评估。结果表明该系统原理可行,成像质量良好,能满足耳鼻喉疾病诊断需求,便于医院临床使用。 A well - designed otoscope has amplification and lighting functions, which can help doctors to detect the tympanum activities. For the purposes of meeting the detection qualities and improve the patient experi- ences, we have designed a new video detecting otoscope system. The cmTent work mainly studied the designs of hardware part, software part, imaging system and mechanics part. We then verified the function parameters of this otoscope system through ontesting experiments. Results showed that the working mechanism of video otoscope system is feasibility. The system performed well and could meet the requirements of detections for ear, nose and throat, which indicates that this system can be applied for clinical use.
