摘要
根据香港职业教育在升学渠道、社会培训、校园文化等几个方面的基本特点，香港职业训练局在职业教育的多元化升学通道、结合行业的师资培训及社会服务等方面的努力，是其实现了职业教育的自身发展，推动地区经济发展的主要途径。香港职业教育对内地职业教育具有一定的启示作用。
The article discussed the difference of vocational education between Hong Kong and the Mainland in educational channels, communication Between Schools, growth of teachers, training for people in Community and culture of campus. Then it described the revelation in five fields which are including relation between academic and vocational education, connection between high school and vocational education, the importance of teachers＇professional competence and industry background, emphasizing of social training, supporting the Self-learning platform for students.
