摘要
“双元制”是德国高职教育的一大特色，是由学校和企业共同培养人才。目前，我校已将“产学研结合”列为教学的基本途径，但在具体实施过程中还存在诸多问题。分析德国“双元制”教育模式的特点．借鉴“双元制”教育模式，改革我校教学方式，实施小班化教学，深化校企业合作，进行课程建设、教材建设与教师队伍的建设成为我校教学改革的必然方向。
Dual System is typical of German vocational education, in which vocational schools and enterprises train students cooperatively. At presents, our college takes Combination of Production, Learning and Researching as a basic teaching method. However many problems appear during the process of performing it. So it is the tendency of teaching reformation in our college to analyze the characteristics of Germany＇s Dual System education mode, reform our teaching approach with its experience, deepen the school-enterprise cooperation, and develop the curriculum, course books and teaching staff.
