Besides, it is both the safeguards to develop soeialism with Chinese characteristics and the specific demands to realize ＂China Dream＂.In another words, it is of vital importance to accelerate new pattern urbanization. However, during the current process to promote new pattern urbanization, there exists several problems that cannot be ignored, which limit its development. In accordance with such kind of current situation, our country must base on our practice and actively resolve all kinds of problems appeared in the development of new pattern urbanization.
