高职院校青年体育教师专业发展问题与对策

Professional development problems and Countermeasures of the young PE teachers in higher vocational colleges

高职院校体育专业青年教师的专业发展目前还存在着相对滞后的教学模式，缺乏活力的等级制度，有待提高的教师声望等问题。要解决这些问题首先要开展专业学术交流活动，革新高职教育理念；其次要完善教师等级评定制度，改进完善监督机制；第三要加大政府教育资金投入，提升高职社会地位，最后就是加强青年教师专业培训，优化系统体能指导。

The mode of teaching are relatively backward for sports professional youth teacher in higher vocational college, hierarchical system lack of vitality, problems to improve teachers prestige and so on. To solve these problems, first of all to carry out professional and academic exchange activities, the concept of innovation of higher vocational education; secondly we should improve teacher rating system, improve the supervision mechanism; third to increase the education input of government funding, enhance high social status, the last is to strengthen young teachers professional training, optimization of physical guidance.
