行业型职教集团资源共享的若干问题探究

行业型职教集团是目前职教集团组建形式中数量较多的一种类型。与行业联系较紧密、以专业建设为纽带使得行业型职教集团在资源共享方面更具效率、更顺畅。然而目前集团组织松散、政府功能缺失、共享机制不畅等问题影响了共享的效果。通过确立职教集团的法人身份、创新共享机制、满足成员单位利益诉求等途径能够有效促进资源共享。

The industry-based vocational education group is the most vocational education groups of its forms in nowadays.Contacting with the industry more closely,bonding through the construction of professional,all of these characteristics have made the industry-based vocational education group more efficient and smooth in resource sharing.However loosing in group organization,lacking in the government function,blocking in sharing mechanism and so on have affected the results of sharing.Through the ways of changing the groups＇ identity from,innovating the running mechanism,meeting the member s＇ interests appeal can promote the resource sharing effectively.
