苯磺酸氨氯地平联合雷米普利治疗老年原发性高血压临床观察

Observation on clinical effect of amlodipine besylate tablet combined with ramipril in elderly patients with primary hypertension

目的探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平联合雷米普利治疗老年原发性高血压的临床效果。方法将97例老年原发性高血压患者随机分为联合用药组(A组)50例和单一用药组(B组)47例,B组患者给予单用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,A组患者采用苯磺酸氨氯地平联合雷米普利治疗。观察对比两组患者治疗前后收缩压(SBP)及舒张压(DBP)的变化情况,临床疗效及不良反应。结果 A组患者治疗总有效率(82.0%)显著高于B组患者(63.8%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A组患者的临床疗效优于B组患者(P<0.05)。治疗后A组患者SBP及DBP均明显低于B组患者,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平联合雷米普利治疗老年原发性高血压患者疗效显著,不良反应轻微,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of amlodipine besylate tablet combined with ramipril in elderly patients with primary hypertension. Methods 97 elderly patients with primary hypertension were randomly divided into combined treatment group（ group A,n = 50） and single medication group（ group B,n = 47）,group B was given amlodipine besylate tablet only,while group A was given amlodipine besylate tablet combined with ramipril. SBP and DBP of the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment,the curative effect and adverse reactions were also recorded. Results After treatment,the total effective rate was 82. 0% in group A,and 63. 8% in group B,there was significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）; the curative effect of group A was statistically better than that of group B（ P 〈 0. 05）. SBP and DBP in the group A were both statistically lower than that in group B（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Amlodipine besylate tablet combined with ramipril has significant effecacy on elderly patients with primary hypertension,adverse reactions is mild,which is worthy of popularization and application.
