喜炎平注射液治疗重症肺炎痰热壅肺证的临床观察

Xiyanping Injection for severe pneumonia with syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung

目的观察喜炎平注射液治疗重症肺炎痰热壅肺证的临床疗效。方法将68例重症肺炎属痰热壅肺证患者随机分为2组,对照组采用西医常规综合治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用喜炎平注射液静脉滴注,7日为1个疗程,比较2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率94.12%优于对照组79.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后体温、白细胞计数、CPIS评分、氧合指数、机械通气时间等指标较治疗前均有改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规西医治疗的基础上应用喜炎平注射液能够提高治疗重症肺炎痰热壅肺证的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiyanping Injection for severe pneumonia with syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung. Methods Sixty-eight patients of severe pneumonia with syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was treated with the routine treatment of western medicine; based on this,the treatment group was treated with Xiyanping Injection. Seven days of treatment was taken as one session,and clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Methods The total effective rate was 94. 12% in the treatment group,which was superior to 79. 41% in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the temperature,white blood cell count,CPIS score,oxygenation index,mechanical ventilation time were all improved in two groups（ P〈0. 05）,and the difference between two groups were also statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Based on the routine western medicine treatment, Xiyanping Injection could improve the clinical efficacy for severe pneumonia with syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung.
