高强度聚焦超声作为一种非侵入性治疗方式,对于子宫肌瘤的治疗已日趋成熟。微泡造影剂在高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤中也有重要的临床价值。本文就微泡造影剂在高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤中的术前检查评估、术中增效及疗效评价做一综述。

High intensity focused ultrasound as a non-invasive treatment,has become a mature technology in the treatment of uterine fibroids. Microbubble contrast agent has an important clinical value in HIFU for treatment of uterine fibroids. This is a review about the application of microbubble contrast agent in HIFU for treatment of uterine fibroids, involving the preoperative examination and assessment, the enhancement during surgery and effcicacy evaluation.
