老年人口腔修复临床特点分析

Analysis of clinical characteristics of senile oral repair

目的通过分析研究老年人口腔修复的临床特点，为老年人口腔修复治疗提供借鉴。方法选取2012年2月～2014年2月期间在我院口腔科进行治疗的90例老年口腔修复患者作为研究对象。结果在90例老年患者中，固定义齿修复36例，所占比例为40％，其中，女16例，占44．4％，男20例，占55．6％；活动义齿修复54例，占总数60％，女32例，占59．3％，男22例，占40．7％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论老年人口腔修复主要以活动义齿修复居多，具有价格适中，容易修正、易清洁等优势，但缺点在于机械性差、佩戴有不适感等。而相比较而言，固定义齿的价格较高，难以清洁，适合基牙保存比较完整的患者，但具有体积小、佩戴舒适、方便等优点。因此，应该根据老年患者口腔修复的特点以及患者的具体情况，选择合适的口腔修复治疗方式。

Objective Through the analysis of the clinical characteristics of oral restoration in elderly, provide a reference for the elderly oral rehabilitation. Methods From 2012 February to 2014 year in February during the Department of stomatology in our hospital for treatment of 90 cases of senile dental patients as the research object. Results In 90 cases of elderly patients, fixed partial denture repair in 36 cases, accounting for 40%,among them, female 16 cases, accounting for 44.4%, male 20 cases, accounting for 55.6%;denture repair in 54 cases, accounting for 60% of the total, female 32 cases, accounting for 59.3%, male 22 cases, accounting for 40.7%, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The elderly oral repair mainly denture majority, with moderate prices, easy to modify, easy cleaning and other advantages, but the disadvantage is that poor mechanical and weardiscomfort, etc.. But comparatively speaking, the fixed denture higher prices, it is difficult to clean, suitable for abutment to preserve the integrity of the comparison patients, but has the advantages of small volume, comfortable wearing, convenient ete.Therefore, should according to the characteristics of elderly patients with oral cavity repair andthe specific situation of patients with oral cavity repair, selection of appropriate treatment.
