探讨医学美学在口腔修复中的应用

目的分析医学美容应用于口腔修复当中的作用。方法选取2012年2月-2014年3月我院收集的需口腔修复患者72例，通过数字随机将患者分成对照组36例与研究组36例，对照组患者采取常规修复手段，研究组患者于常规基础上采取医学美学修复，对比两组患者治疗后存在的差异。结果研究组的牙龈炎症与根折情况明显比对照组少（P〈0．05），研究组患者的满意度明显比对照组高（P〈0．05），在修复的美观效果上看，研究组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论对于需要进行口腔修复的患者，将医学美学在其中应用，能够提高患者对修复的满意度，让修复体更加自然，符合美观效果。

Objective Analysis of application of medical cosmetology in oral cavity repair effect. Method From 2012 February to 2014 March in our hospital were collected to be repaired 72 patients oforal,Through digital were randomly divided into control group and 36 cases of study group 36cases, control group patients took conventional repair method, a study group of patients in the conventional basis to take the medical aesthetic repair, differences were compared between two groups after treatment.Results Research group of gingivitis and root fracture was significantly less than the control group （P〈0.05）, the study group patients satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group （P〈 0.05）, In the rehabilitation of the artistic effect, the study group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion For the need for patients with oral cavity repair, applying medical aesthetics in it, can improve patient satisfaction for repair, make restoration more natural beauty, conform to the aesthetic effect.
