口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位的临床研究

Clinical study of anterior displaced incisors orthodontic treatment of periodontal disease

目的研究口腔正畸治疗牙周病导致前牙移位的疗效。方法随机选择我院接受口腔正畸治疗的患者68例,在基础牙周治疗控制炎症后采用口腔正畸治疗法。结果口腔正畸治疗后效果明显,优于治疗前的患者。治疗后牙周病能够得到有效的控制,牙齿咀嚼功能较治疗前加强,牙周出血指数较治疗前有明显的降低差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用口腔正畸的方法对牙周病导致前牙移位的治疗中能够对牙周炎起到有效的控制作用,有效改善前牙移位的症状,提高牙齿的整体美观度,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective Study on the orthodontic treatment of periodontal disease contribute to the efficacy of anterior teeth shift. Methods 68 patients were randomly selected in our hospital orthodontic treatment, in the basicperiodontal treatment by control of inflammation after orthodontic treatment method. Results Orthodontics orthodontic effect significantly after treatment, better than the patients before orthodontic treatment. The treatment of periodontal disease can be effectively controlled, teeth chewing function than before treatment to strengthen, gingival bleeding index significantly decreased than before treatment （P〈0.05）.Conelusion By using the method of orthodontic treatment on periodontal disease etiology for displaced anterior teeth can effectively control the periodontitis, effectively improve the displaced anterior teeth symptoms, improve the overall appearance of the teeth, to improve the quality of life of the patients.
