细节管理在终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析护理中的应用

Application of Detail Management in Hemodialysis Nursing for End-stage Diabetic Nephropathy

目的研究细节管理在终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析护理中的应用。方法从2013年4月—2014年5月,选取该院的90例终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析患者为研究对象,将其分为观察组和对照组两组,其中对照组45例患者采用常规护理,观察组45例患者,在常规护理的基础上实施细节管理。结果观察组采取细节管理后患者高血压、低血压等并发症的发生率分别为28.89%(13/45)、11.11%(5/45),均显著低于对照组的55.56%(25/45)、37.78%(17/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组采用细节管理的终末期糖尿病患者对护理服务非常满意、满意分别为77.78%、13.33%,与对照组相比明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论细节管理在终末期糖尿病肾病血液透析护理中的应用明显的降低了并发症的发生率,提高患者的生活质量,有利于病情改善,提高了患者对护理服务的满意度,值得临床进一步推广。

Objective To study the application of detail management in hemodialysis nursing for end-stage diabetic nephropathy.Methods 90 cases with end-stage diabetic nephropathy underwent hemodialysis in our hospital from April 2013 to May 2014 were selected as the subjects and divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group. 45 cases in the control group were treated by the conventional nursing, and 45 cases in the observation group were treated by detail management based on the conventional nursing. Results The incidence of hypertension, hypotension and other complications of the observation group treated by detail management was 28.89%（13/45）, 11.11%（5/45）, respectively, much lower than 55.56%（25/45）, 37.78%（17/45）, respectively, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; and the level of very satisfied and satisfied with nursing service of the patients in the observation group was 77.78%, 13.33%, respectively, much better than that in the control group, respectively, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Detail management applied to the hemodialysis nursing for end-stage diabetic nephropathy significantly reduces the incidence of complications, helps ameliorate the conditions of the patients, improves the quality of life and level of satisfaction with nursing service of the patients, so it is worthy of further clinical promotion.
