摘要
塑料材料在开关插座后座上的应用由来己久,继酚醛树脂(电木粉)之后,阻燃玻璃纤维增强PA66和阻燃PC也是常用材料。本文就这两种塑料的电绝缘、耐应力开裂和耐温几个问题进行阐述和分析比较,结果表明,阻燃玻璃纤维增强PA66作为开关插座后座用料更具安全性。
The plastic material has been applied in the switch socket base for a long time. Besides phenolic resin (phe- nolic moulding powder), flame-retardant reinforced polyamide 66 (PA66) and flame retardant PC are the commonused material. This paper introduces, analyzes and compares the electric insulation, the stress cracking resistance, and the temperature resistance of these two materials. The results show that as the material for the switch socket base, PA66 is safer than flame retardant PC.
