摘要 提出一种应用于混合动力汽车驱动系统的新型定子永磁式双转子电机,即将双转子电机概念与永磁磁通切换电机相结合,以获得高转矩密度、低转矩脉动及高功率密度,满足混合动力系统对于小型轻量化及平稳运行的需求。本文对新型定子永磁式磁通切换双转子电机的拓扑结构及其混合动力驱动系统的工作原理进行了介绍,详细分析了内外电机的设计方法及基于转矩脉动最小的尺寸优化,并利用有限元方法对电机电磁性能进行了仿真。仿真表明了电机设计的合理性,通过原理样机实测数据验证了电机设计的有效性,并显示了内外电机具有的快速响应性能,说明此结构双转子电机可有效提高转矩密度,减小转矩脉动,通过合理设计能满足HEV应用功率需求。 This paper proposes a new flux-switching permanent-magnet double-rotor(FSPM-DR) machine for hybrid electric vehicles.The key is to integrate the concept of double-rotor machine into the flux-switching permanent-magnet machine,and thus the resulting machine can meet hybrid electric vehicle's(HEV) demand of small amount and steady running for machine's high torque density and low torque ripple.The machine topology and operation principle are presented.By using the finite element method(FEM),the corresponding electromagnetic performances are analyzed.The simulation results demonstrate the rationality of machine's design.The test starting speed and current waveforms show good dynamic response performance,and the test no-load back electromotive force results on the principle prototype also verify the validity of machine's design,which means that the FSPM-DR structure machine can effectively improve torque density and decrease torque ripple,and can meet power demand for HEVs after its rational design.
