摘要
钢管塔在大荷载输电线路中体现出了其良好性能和效益,但钢管的使用也存在钢管型材规格品种有限、价格高等缺点,同时钢管间连接的节点构造复杂,加工生产效率低,因此有必要研究典型荷载条件下钢管塔的应用。本文针对500kV交流输电线路的典型荷载条件开展钢管塔、角钢塔对比研究,分析10mm、15mm覆冰条件下,随着风速的变化,钢管塔造价变化的主要趋势以及影响造价变化的关键因素,最后本文假定角钢塔材价格一定的前提下,通过调整钢管塔的价格,改变钢管塔与角钢塔塔材的价格比例系数(rp),对钢管塔与角钢塔经济性进行对比分析。

To carry out comparative study of angle steel tower, steel tower, this text analysis the main trend of steel tube tower cost changes as well as the key factors of the cost change,considering the 10mm、15mm icing condition,along with the change of wind speed. Finally, this paper assumes that the angle steel tower material price under the premise, through the adjustment of the price of steel tower, changing the price ratio of angle steel tower tower material to compare and analyses the economy. of steel tower and angle steel tower.
