摘要
本文以变压器油和绝缘纸为研究对象,进行了在实验室条件下的混合加速老化实验。在其热老化过程中定期取样,将纸中的油萃取,运用傅里叶红外光谱仪扫描样品的红外光谱,并对图谱进行了解析,分析了吸收峰随老化时间产生若干规律变化的原因。以分子官能团的变化为起点,阐述了老化过程中样品的若干变化,从微观的角度去探索了油纸绝缘老化的过程和机理。
In this paper, transformer insulating oil and paper for the study, conducted under laboratory conditions hybrid accelerated aging experiments. In this thermal aging process of periodic sampling, the paper in oil extraction. Using Fourier transform infrared spectrometer scan the IR of the sample, and analyzed the spectrum, looking for the reasons for the changes of the absorption peaks with the aging time. Molecular changes in the functional group as a starting point to explain some changes during the aging test. Explored the process and mechanism about the oil-paper insulation aging from the micro-perspective.
