摘要
高频变压器作为超声波电源的核心元件之一,其设计将影响超声波电源乃至整个超声波烫钻机的性能。本文介绍了超声波电源的工作原理,针对高频变压器的设计,采用AP法确定了EE型铁氧体磁心的尺寸规格,计算出绕组匝数、绕组导线线径等参数,并核算窗口系数,最后制作出具有功率、频率可调的超声波电源实体。
As one of the key components of ultrasonic generator, high-frequency transformer’s design will affect property of ultrasonic rhinestone hot fix machine. This paper will introduce the principle of ultrasonic power supply. As for high-frequency transformer design, we will use the AP method to determine the size of EE-type ferrite core, calculate the number of turns, winding wire diameter and other parameters, as well as account the window coefficients. Finally, we produce an ultrasonic power supply model with power and frequency adjustable.
