MBR与BAF处理高浓度屠宰废水设计案例比较分析

摘要 通过平板式膜反应器和曝气生物滤池工艺在屠宰废水工程的应用实例介绍,从运行效果、总投资及运行成本等方面进行比较分析。采用传统AAO联合MBR/BAF工艺处理屠宰废水,运行结果显示,两种工艺均能够稳定运行,对CODcr,BOD5的去除率超过95%,TN去除率超过80%,出水水质达到了《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)中的一级A标准。 The application examples of MBR and BAF on treating slaughter wastewater were introduced. The running effect,total investment and operation cost were compared and analyzed. Traditional AAO combined with MBR /BAF process were used for slaughter wastewater treatment. The operation results showed that the two processes both operate stably. The removal rate of CODcr and BOD5 was more than 95% and TN more than 80%. The effluent quality reached to A of I- class criteria specified in the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard( GB18918- 2002).
