摘要
通过中日韩三国大学教师国际化的问卷调查发现:大学教师的国际流动主要表现在赴国外学习和获得博士学位、在课堂教学中引入国际化视野和内容构成三国大学教师国际化的主要内容,但是,大学教师中无国际流动的比例较高。三国大学教师国际化存在差异:中国教师从国际视野开展研究活动的比例较高;日本教师运用外语发表研究成果的比较较高;韩国教师经历国际流动和使用外语教学的比例较高。
Through the questionnaire survey towards the internationalization of teachers from China, Japan and Korea, it is found that: there exists a high rate of non internationalization in college teachers, most of them come abroad to study and get their doctor's degree. In classroom teaching, the main content of professorates' internationalization is to use international perspective and introduce into international content. But except for Japan, in immigration population, most professorates didn't work in colleges. Professorates from these three countries shows different orientation in internationalization: in China, teachers mainly do researches from international perspective, Japan's teachers prefer to use foreign languages to publish their research product and in Korea, teachers experience a lot of international flow and there is a high rate of foreign language teaching.
