Rational Returning of Higher Education Development in the Neo-developmentalism Field

"发展主义"是一种以经济增长为发展目标的现代发展理论,由"发展主义"而导致的社会发展性危机催生了"以人为中心"的全面体现文化发展价值的"新发展主义"发展观。"发展主义"理念指导下的高等教育发展引发了高等教育发展的财政困境和质量危机。为了消除危机,"新发展主义"主张高等教育发展应从追求"物的增长"转向追求"人的发展",从追求"经济增长"转向追求"文化发展",以促进高等教育发展的理性回归。

By ＂developmentalism＂ as a result of the social development crisis gave birth to the ＂human-centered＂ that fully reflect the culture development value of the ＂Neo-development＂ concept of develop- ment. ＂Developmentalism＂ in the development concept of higher education lead to financial crisis and the quality of the crisis in higher education field, in order to eliminate the crisis and promote the rational regres- sion of higher education development, ＂the neo-developmentalism＂ advocate that higher education should transform from the pursuit of ＂growth＂ to the pursuit of ＂human-development, from the pursuit of ＂economic growth＂ to the pursuit of ＂cultural development＂
