摘要
目的:探讨野菊花总黄酮对宫颈炎模型大鼠的作用机制。方法:60只SD大鼠随机选取10只作为正常组,其余大鼠用苯酚胶浆造模。造模成功后随机分为模型组,野菊花总黄酮低、中、高剂量组及纳米银抗菌凝胶组5组,每组10只。除模型组、正常组外,其余各组用1 m L注射器吸取相应药液(0.1 m L/200 g)注入阴道深处,正常组、模型组给予等量基质。连续阴道给药12 d后,采用放免法测定各组大鼠白介素-1β(IL-1β)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,取出子宫组织称重,计算脏器指数。结果:野菊花总黄酮各剂量组大鼠血清IL-1β、PGE2和TNF-α水平及脏器指数较模型组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:野菊花总黄酮可能通过降低机体IL-1β、PGE2和TNF-α水平从而减轻炎症反应。
Objective :To study the meehanism of total flavonoids fi'om wild chrysanthemum on cervicitis rats. Methods : 10 of 60 SD rats were randomly chosen as the normal group,the others were used to establish the models by injecting phenol mucilage per vagina. After the models were successiully produced,the rats were divided into model group,high-dosage group,middle-dosage group and low-dosage group of total flavonoids from wild chrysanthemum and nano-silver antibacterial gel group with 10 rats in each group. Rats in normal group and model group were injected the equivalent matrix,while the others were injected the solution into vagina accordingly. 12 days afler treatment,expressions of IL-1β,PGE2 and TNF-α were measm'ed by radioimmunity assay. Uterus of rats were taken out and weighed,then organ index was calculat- ed. Results:Corupared with model group,expressions of IL-1β,PGE2 and TNF-α, organ index in each dose group of total flawmoids from wild chrysanthemum were significantly decreased (P〈O.05). Conclusion:Total flavonoids from wild chrysan- themum can relieve inflammatory reaction of cervicitis through decreasing expressions of IL-1β ,PGE2 and TNF-α .
