河南省城镇群众性体育社团的特征与问题分析

An analysis on the characteristics and problems of urban mass sports association of Henan Province

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法等,对河南省城镇群众性体育社团的特征及存在问题进行调查与分析,结果发现:河南省城镇群众性体育社团发展具有整体向好性、区域不平衡性、类型的地域性、管理水平的两极性等特征;存在问题主要有"兼职"现象严重、组织机构不健全、社会影响力不大及适应市场化能力不足等。

By using the methods of documents and questionnaire,this article investigates and analyses the characteristics and problems of urban mass sports association of Henan Province,the result shows that urban mass sports association of Henan Province has the characteristics of turning good in all whole,unbalance in region, types of regional and polarity in management and the problems are that phenomenon of part-time job is serious , organization is uncertain,social influence is little and the ability of adapting to market is insufficient.
