Objective： To explore the role of clinical thinking in pharmaceutical practice by clinical pharmacists. Methods： By using clinical thinking, clinical pharmacists analyzed and identified several typical eases and carried out a series of pharma eeutieal practice. Results： The implementation of pharmaceutical practice has achieved the following positive results： more individualized clinical treatment, safer medication, more rational and economical application of drugs. Conclusion： Clinical thinking could play an important role in the implementation of pharmaceutical practice by clinical pharmacists.
