摘要
我国基础教育阶段英语教育教学正面临着革新的挑战,而作为应对挑战的核心力量-教师,其专业发展直接影响着教育教学的质量。本研究以云南省16个地州市95所中小学英语教师为调查对象,从对专业理念的认识、专业知识和能力、成长目标以及影响因素五个方面入手,试图找出其存在的问题和原因,为云南省中小学英语教师的专业发展提供针对性的合理化建议。
The overall quality of teachers plays an important role in the success for the education. Taking the teachers from 95 schools in 16 cities inYunnan province as investigative objects,the author has examined from 5 aspects:concept of profession development,academic knowledge and abilities,profes-sional aims and influence factors. Based on the above analysis,some reasonable and targeted suggestions are proposed for the professional development of English teachers in Yunnan Province.
