脉冲式短波结合有氧训练对格林-巴利综合征患者的康复疗效分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察对格林-巴利综合征患者进行脉冲式短波结合有氧训练治疗的临床效果。方法:收集符合设定标准的格林-巴利综合征患者60例,随机分为对照组和实验组,30例/组。所有患者在入组前均进行日常生活活动能力(BI)和步行及平衡功能测试。对照组:仅予单纯有氧训练;实验组:予脉冲式短波治疗结合有氧训练,两组患者训练1次/日,5天/周,持续8周。治疗4周及结束后再次采用入组前量表进行评估,并收集数据进行分析。结果:治疗前对照组和试验组在BI指数和步行及平衡功能评分上均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗8周后,两组的BI指数和步行及平衡功能评分均优于干预前(P<0.05)。实验组干预后的BI指数和步行及平衡功能评分较对照组均有显著增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脉冲式短波治疗结合有氧训练对格林-巴利综合征患者的康复有积极作用,有助于患者神经功能的恢复,明显改善患者日常生活活动能力和步行及平衡功能。 Purposes:To object the rehabilitation efficacy about combination of pulsed shortwave and aerobic train-ing on Guillain-Barre Syndrome. Methods:60 patients were collected. They were divided into control group and&amp;nbsp;experimental group randomly,and each group included 30 patients. All subjects should take part in ADL, walking and balance function tests when the research started. The subjects in control group merely accepted aerobic train-ing, and subjects in experimental group accepted combi-nation treatment of pulsed shortwave and aerobic training which lasted 8 weeks,1time per day,5days per week. 4 weeks later,all subjects were tested in ADL,walking and balance function again. Results:there was no significant difference between control and experimental groups in BI index and balance function scores before treatment ( P 〉0. 05);After 8 weeks rehabilitation,BI index and balance function scores in two groups were better than before( P〈0. 05 );BI index and balance function scores in experi-mental group increased significantly compared with control group ( P 〈0. 05 );Conclusion:Treatment of combination with pulsed shortwave and aerobic training played good role in Guillain-Barre Syndrome. It could help neurologi-cal function to restore well, and improved ADL and bal-ance function significantly.
