采用文献资料法研究秋瑾的体育思想。研究结论:秋瑾是近代中国女子体育界重要的领军人物之一,她提出了尚武军事化体育思想,倡导学校体育与军事训练结合方式,指出近代中国体育与军事训练结合的合理化;突破了女子三从四德的传统观念,反对女子缠脚;提倡女子体育,突破女子参与体育的限制,扩大近代中国女子体育的内容,树立了身先士卒的风范。研究她的体育思想对完善体育思想体系以及相关的体育史研究具有一定的参考价值,对今天的体育发展有一定的指导意义。

by using the method of literature research on Qiu Jin’s sports thought. Conclusions：Qiu Jin is one of the most important leader in thewomen’s sports China mod-ern,she proposed the martial military sports thought,ad-vocate of school physical education and military training together,and points out that the rational China of physical education and military training combined with modern;break women’s three from the four traditional concept of morality, against women’s bound feet;advocate women’s sports,women’s participation in sports breakthrough limit.
