摘要
对南通"十三五"时期"人文城市"建设面临的形势和目标定位作出研判,并提出了实现这一目标的对策:把弘扬社会主义核心价值观与进一步弘扬城市人文精神结合,改善城市人文环境;发扬光大"凡人善举",全面提升市民人文素养;持续开展文明创建活动,全面提升南通社会文明程度;做强志愿服务品牌,努力拓展人文关怀新领域;全面提升关心未成年人健康成长的工作水平;拓展文化建设工程,扩大文化储量和流量,形成多元开放的城市文化格局。
This paper conducts researches on Nantong’s building a “Humanity City”during Thirteen-Five period and proposes countermeasures to achieve this goal： promote the socialist core values in combination with city humanity spirit; improve the city human environment; flourish “mortal charity”to enhance public humanities; foster civilized behavior to enhance the degree of social civilization Nantong; strengthen stronger volunteer service brand;strive to expand new areas of humanistic care;enhance the care of the healthy growth of minors the level of work; strengthen cultural construction; expand cultural reserves and flow to form a mul-tiple and open cultural patterns of this city.
