对造成屋面漏雨和保温隔热效果差的几个原因进行了分析 ,并在此基础上 ,着重从屋面防水和保温隔热两方面提出了根治和预防措施 ,以提高屋面防水和保温隔热效果 ,保证工程质量。

This paper analyzes the reasons why roof leaks and can't be keep warm and insulate against heat. On the basis, starting from aspects of waterproof of roof and keeping warm and insulating against heat, this paper puts forward radical cure and preventive measure for the purpose of improving the effect of waterproof, keeping warm and insulating against heat, ensuring project quality.
