构建中国特色马克思主义话语体系不仅是新时期坚持和发展马克思主义的基本要求,还是中国积极参与全球化、走向世界的必要条件。中国特色马克思主义话语体系的变迁是中国共产党与时俱进地推进马克思主义话语体系创新的动态的历史过程。在构建中国特色马克思主义话语体系的过程中,我们应始终坚持马克思主义的立场、观点和方法,坚持开放性与民族性的统一,坚持马克思主义话语体系的大众性等原则,在内容上丰富、发展和创新中国特色马克思主义话语体系本身,在形式上建立主流意识形态话语与大众话语的良性互动机制。

Constructing the Marxism discourse system with Chinese characteristics is not only a basic requirement of upholding and developing Marxism in a new era, but also a necessary condition of actively participating in the globalization and going toward the world for China. The change of the Marxism discourse system with Chinese characteristics is a dynamic historical process, during which the Communist Party of China advances the Marxist discourse system with the times innovatively.
