摘要据统计,受各国的投资环境、政策制度以及企业运行管理体制差异性等因素的影响,我国将近80%的企业海外投资均以失败告终,这在很大程度上影响了我国企业跨国经营的实施以及全球战略的布局。本文首先阐述了当前我国企业海外投资的发展趋势,并结合我国企业海外投资的特征,指出了我国企业在海外投资中容易遭受失败的原因。其次,采用相关案例深入剖析了我国企业海外投资时容易遭遇到的政治、反垄断、环保、劳工、财务五类风险。最后,论文结合当前我国的企业海外投资的实际情况,给出了防范海外投资风险的措施与建议。 In this paper, under the current development trend of China＆#39;s M ＆amp; A overseas, we point out the reasons for the enterprises of our country being vulnerable to failures overseas . Secondly, this paper carries an in-depth analysis of cases and the types of risks Chinese enterprises M＆amp;A overseas may face. Finally, in light of the actual situation of the overseas M＆amp;A, this paper gives the measures and suggestions to prevent the risk of M ＆ A overseas.
