摘要
近年来"大学生各种不良事件"层出不穷,情商对大学生的影响成了新的研究热点,但目前国内较少有研究探讨情商与大学生生活的关系,即使有少量研究,但未选择成绩、获奖情况、担任职位情况作为因变量进行研究。本文通过问卷调查,获取了141份有效问卷,探讨情商(包括自我感知、自我控制、自信、感知他人)对大学生的成绩、获奖情况、担任职位的影响,并且运用SPSS17.0对调查数据进行处理,结果表明:情商对大学生成绩、获奖情况及担任职务有显著的正向影响。基于此,本文对高等教育教学相关方面提出了实践建议。
In recent years, all kinds of adverse events of undergraduates are increasing. Undergraduate's EQ has been focused by the researcher. But little research has explored the relationships between undergraduate's EQ and grade, awards, working in school. The paper is studied the relationships between them through investigating 141 undergraduates of junior and senior. The result indicates that undergraduate’s EQ has positively predicted the grade, awards, working in school. Based on these, the study puts forward countermeasures to improve the quality of higher education.
