摘要
"慕课"是社会信息化发展作用于教育系统的一个典型代表,它的发展已经触动我国基础教育领域,成为助推传统课堂教学转型的强势力量。中小学教师应对"慕课"挑战需要从三个方面着手:教学方式从"先教后学"转变为"先学后教"、学习范式从"依赖学习"转变为"自主学习"、教师角色从"知识的垄断者和传递者"转变为"学习的指导者和促进者"。
"MOOC" is a typical representative of the application of social informatization to educational system, and its development has influenced basic education in our country and has become a strong force to boost the transformation of traditional classroom teaching. Primary and secondary school teachers need to start from the three aspects to handle "MOOC": transformation from "teach first, then learn" to "learn first, then teach" in terms of teaching mode, transformation from "dependent learning" to "autonomous learning" in terms of learning paradigm, transformation from "the monopolist and passer of knowledge" to "the instructor and prompter of learning" in terms of teacher's role.
