摘要
实施区域校际联动互助校本研修,是应对师资不均衡,提高校本研修质量,促进教学质量提高的区域战略选择。区域校际联动互助校本研修构建了富于区域特色与研修实效的"156"模式,即"一个体系、五个环节、六个平台"区域联动互助校本研修组织实施模式。
Implementation of School-based research characteristic of interaction and mutual assistance among regional schools is a strategic choice to deal with unbalanced faculty, to improve school-based training quality, and to improve the quality of teaching. The "156" pattern, namely "one system, five links, six platform" is an effective pattern based on the implementation.
