How to Cultivate and Practice Socialist Core Values in Terms of Primary Trade Unions

基层工会要以十八大"三个倡导"为指导,带领全体职工积极培育和践行社会主义价值观。履行好教育职能,深化宣传增强认知认同;履行好维护职能,促进单位和社会的和谐;履行好参与职能,形成广泛参与的民主氛围;履行好建设职能,体现培育和践行的成果。

Primary trade unions should adopt the ＂three advocates＂ of the 18th session of the National People＇s Congress as guidance to lead the faculty to cultivate and practice actively the socialist values. Trade unions should fulfill the educational function by promoting and deepening recognition, fulfill the maintenance function by enhancing the harmony of work units and society, fulfill the involvement function by creating democratic atmosphere, fulfill the construction function by showing cultivation and implementation achievements.
