摘要
工学结合模式下实施职业道德教育,能促进高职学生的道德自我教育,并增强道德教育的实效性。其策略包括实施渗透教育,培养和提高职业道德认识;充分利用企业优势,提高职业道德情感;发挥学生主观能动性,形成职业道德结构。
The implementation of professional ethics education under the mode of work-integrated learning can promote higher vocational students" self-education and enhance the effectiveness of moral education. The strategies include the implementation of infiltration education, training and improving professional ethics cognition, making full use of the enterprise advantages, enhancing the professional ethics emotion, giving full play to students" subjective initiatives, and forming professional ethics structure.
