On New Generation of Social Capital-Cultivated Migrant Workers' Social Security Countermeasures

完善新生代农民工社会保障,要准确把握社会保障现状,充分发挥政府主导作用,变革体制制度消除新生代农民工社会保障的制度瓶颈,加大公共财政支持力度并形成政府和社会合力,以法律法规完善制度型社会资本,调动社会组织作用拓展社会资本,转变传统观念将新生代农民工纳入城市社会保障体系。

One of the hot issues of urbanization in China is that the new generation of migrant workers has not been entirely included by social security system. To change the status quo, the government needs to understand the current situation thoroughly, give full play to government＇ s leading function, reform the system to eliminate the bottle neck, enhance public financial support and form coalition between government and society, legalize to optimize social capital system, encourage social organizations, expand social capital, and transform traditional opinions to bring the new generation of migrant workers into city social security system.
