This paper discusses the defects of traditional gas fire extinguishing systems in the prevention and control of electrical equipment fire,and analyzes extinguishing equipment application with fire detection tube to replace traditional gas fire extinguishing system＇s advantages and disadvantages in a specific fire prevention and control of electrical equipment.
