应用ROC曲线评价Cu、Zn及 Cu/Zn比值对乳腺癌患者的诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨微量元素铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)浓度及其 Cu/Zn 比值在乳腺癌患者中的诊断价值、方法。方法测定55例乳腺癌患者和50例女性健康对照组全血Cu、Zn浓度及其比值,并应用 ROC曲线分析评价Cu、Zn浓度及其比值对乳腺癌的诊断性能。结果乳腺癌患者全血Cu和 Cu/Zn比值均明显高于健康对照组,而血Zn浓度则显著低于健康对照组,且两组相比差异有显著性(P< 0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,Cu、Zn及 Cu/Zn比值诊断乳腺癌的 ROC曲线下的面积分别为0.735、0.673和0.930。相比之下Cu/Zn比值对诊断乳腺癌有最佳的诊断效率。结论全血Cu、Zn浓度及Cu/Zn比值可能是乳腺癌的辅助诊断指标,但真正有诊断价值的指标是Cu/Zn比值。 Obj ective]To explore the diagnostic value of trace elements copper(Cu),zinc(Zn)concentra-tions and Cu/Zn ratio in patients with breast cancer.[Methods]The levels of Cu and Zn and Cu/Zn ratio in whole blood of 55 patients with breast cancer and 50 healthy women were examined.ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic efficiency of Cu,Zn and Cu/Zn ratio in breast cancer.[Results]Whole blood Cu concen-tration and Cu/Zn ratio in patients with breast cancer were obviously higher than those in healthy control group,while Zn concentration was markedly lower than that in healthy control group,and there were signifi-cant differences(P〈 0.05).ROC curve revealed that the area under the ROC curve of Cu,Zn and Cu/Zn ratio for the diagnosis of breast cancer were 0.735,0.673 and 0.930,respectively.In contrast,Cu/Zn ratio in the diagnosis of breast cancer had the best diagnostic efficiency.[Conclusion]Whole blood Cu,Zn and Cu/Zn ra-tio may be auxiliary makers to diagnose breast cancer .However,Cu/Zn ratio is a only a useful maker for diag-nosing breast cancer.
